Brake The Psychol · The Vice City Ride
400 MILES.
ONE
MISSION.
Two fathers. Two wheels. 400 miles from Jacksonville to Miami — through heat, rain, and Florida storms — to break cycles and raise mental health awareness.
WHY WE
RIDE.
Brake The Psychol was born from a simple belief: the barriers that hold us back in life are often the ones we place on ourselves.
We're riding to change our own lives and to show our children and anyone watching, that mental and physical limits can be broken.
This journey is about pushing past fear, breaking generational cycles, and proving that anything is possible when you refuse to quit.
THE CLOCK
IS TICKING.
MEET THE
FOUNDERS.

KERBY
"Breaking generational cycles starts with one decision to move forward."
Kerby Louisville is a Linden, New Jersey native and endurance athlete driven by a mission to break generational cycles and inspire forward movement. As co-creator of Brake The Psychol, Kerby brings discipline, resilience, and leadership to the movement's physical challenges and storytelling.
